Thrift Store Thursday—9/10

Well, I went waaayyy over my unofficial $10 limit this week. Dixie came Tuesday to visit some of the stores out my way, and I really hit the jackpot that day.

There’s a particularly good consignment shop that I like to visit, and right next door they have an outlet. I assume it’s stuff that spent too much time in the main store. The outlet sells all clothing, shoes, purses and jewelry for $1. Get ready, ’cause here we go. (Advance warning: my bargains are awesome, my photos are not.)

IMG_3929 Gap corduroy jacket for fall, $1.

IMG_3934 Banana Republic shirt, $1.

IMG_3935 Fun crinkly, ruffled shirt, $1.

IMG_3937

Black tank w/ lace edging, beaded t-shirt, floral shirt, $1 each.

IMG_3938 Anne Taylor LOFT pants, $1 each.

Then we went into the main store.

IMG_3941 Bathroom jars, $2.99 each.

IMG_3942

Three brand-new 24” white shelves, $5.90 each.

IMG_3944 Super-cute rubber boots for Pinkerbelle, $5. Her hand-me-down boyish boots were giving her blisters.

Now that I think of it, I actually got a couple of things last Friday, but I’m not going to bother to dig them out now. Suffice it to say that my weekly total had a growth spurt.

Time to link up! Mcklinky will close Thursday at 11:59 pm.

1. Please link directly to your Thrift Store Thursday post, not your home page.

2. Please mention and link back to my Thrift Store Thursday post.

3. Please put my button in your post, and I'd really love it if you'd use the code to do so :)

Nice- i am almost positive I had that Gap jacket. I bought it on clearance from Gap 4 years ago fro 19.99. You make me look like a fool for spending too much! Good finds.

I am so envious...I can't believe the clothes are just a $1 each. I also leave my butter out.

Hey there lady!
Holy cow did you score the motherload of deals this week! I can't even choose my favorite..... but I'll try. ;) The corduroy jacket, crinkly top, and rainboots. Yep. They are my fav.'s. I LOVE rainboots on my kiddos! Too stinkin' cute, and of course practical.
I would love to make it back today, but I don't know if I will. Next week though. Promise. (I hope)

Those shelves were a great deal! And I love the jacket as well. You just can't beat thrifting...it's so rewarding. I didn't find your site until after the link party was closed, so I hope to catch the next one. I'm going to start following your site and I'd love it if you come and check mine out. Thanks!

I'm not sure how I missed this post. Sometimes I think the time stamp gets behind and gives the reader the impression that there is not a new post.
Great buys! The items up at the top are way over priced--I agree.

Have a great weekend.

Love seeing your finds! I joined you one time a long time ago, but have moved and haven't been able to get into any routine yet. You make me want to find a thrift store around here! Wish me luck it's as good as yours! PS. I have your ThriftyThursday link on my blog. My little reminder and hopes that others will join you.
