Last week I got some organizational mojo, and started with my junk drawer. I didn’t take any photos of that, but it felt so liberating that I moved on to my pantry.
Before:It was a mess! There is some actual food in there if you look closely, but it had become a big dumping ground for junk. I spent a couple days hauling the kids around to several different stores looking for baskets. I started at the thrift stores, but wasn’t finding what I wanted. In the end, I settled for white plastic Sterilite bins from Walmart.
Then Saturday I ran into Walgreens for something and discovered they had baskets, on sale, no less. We spent Saturday afternoon driving around to every Walgreens in a five mile radius to find enough of the particular baskets I wanted before the sale ended.
Still to do: label the baskets, hopefully do something about those wire shelves, and reorganize the hanging pocket organizer that’s on the back of the door (I hid it from you).
Now when my sisters get here at the end of the week, they will think I'm the organizing queen!

Looks great! Now will you come and help me get my kitchen organized, please? :)
It looks great. Those baskets are wonderful.
It looks great!! Love those baskets. I never made it to Walgreens myself, so ugly white baskets I still have.....
Isn't amazing how some baskets can change a space?? It looks so much better!!! :)
I'm hiding my head in shame. I posted awhile back about removing the ugly contact paper and painting the shelves white. Well, I never finished. And my pantry is a mess. I will get back to it. Maybe after preschool summer camp is over????
This looks great! I love an organized pantry!

Wow, looks wonderful. I think if someone saw my pantry they would never read my blog again. It is awful. Things fall out often while you are looking for other things.
Hello Holly - the baskets in your pantry look fabulous! Isn't it amazing what you can find at the drug store? I need to go check out my Walgreens! Thank you for sharing the inspirational photos - I have to tackle my pantry very soon.
Blessings,
Marie
