So, yesterday I posted about Home Reserve furniture. I got a couple of comments from people who had less than stellar experiences with the furniture itself. I also received a comment from Blaine Wieland, the president of the company.
He said they have made improvements to the foam in the last couple of years, and offered me a chair so I can try it out myself!
I spoke with Sandy, the customer service rep, and I can choose any chair, in any fabric. She is overnighting me a bunch of fabric samples that I chose. At least until I get them and can see the fabrics firsthand, I am leaning toward the Tux chair in Sundance Latte, a small houndstooth.
I will be sure to keep you informed!

I'd be interested in hearing what you have to say about the chair. I've never heard of this company, but I'll check out the website. Thanks!

wow! thats great!!
It's so cool that he found your blog and is willing to back the product like that. They must have made some big improvements since my mom bought hers if they are willing to do that.
This is amazing, Holly!!! Can't wait to read your review!
That IS cool!!! I know companies do have ways of seeing what blogs are saying about them....so I'm thinking of blogging about diamonds...what'dya think??? :D

YES! THis is great, Holly! What a wonderful thing to happen--and it couldn't happen to a nicer gal. Good for you. It'll be fun to see what you think about it!
Love the houndstooth, by the way! :)
Oh my gracious! That is so amazing! How totally cool! I love houndstooth - one of my favorite patterns!! Let us know what you think!
I wonder if I should do a little write up on Jenn-Air. I desperately need a new stove! HA!
I just wanted to let you know that we just bought ours about a year ago, after similar claims that the foam had soften. We kept it for about 4 months, and no change. But, I am glad that he's sending you a sample to try out!
Holly- I just got your comment. The model/ covers were: Altima Sand Pet Care Monroe Couch.
