Shoe Redo

Last month, I posted about my strange shoes.  They never got any better.  In fact, they were so uncomfortable that I never wore them again.

Not long after that, I picked up a cute little pair of shoes on clearance at Walmart.  Then once I got them home, I realized that the toe of the right shoe was shorter than the toe of the left shoe.  More weirdness.  But at least these were comfortable enough.

Then I got an idea, and got out my scissors.  I cut the rosette detail off the useless black shoes, leaving the rosettes intact as one piece.

Next I took the rosettes and hot glued them to the toes of the leopard shoes, disguising the difference in the toe length.  Two pairs of strange shoes made one pair of cute shoes!

LOVE!!!!! Those are too stinkin' cute, Holly. I love shoes with animal print b/c they are subtle (not like a sweater or a tee-shirt). The rosettes are the perfect addition. :)

So stinkin' cute! I love them. I wouldn't have noticed the different toe length, but what a great idea!! Love me some leopard shoes!

That was a really good idea! I love the combination of the leapard with the rosettes.

You are so good!!! Love how you used your frugal creativity to make a cute pair of shoes even cuter and not letting the black ones completely go to waist! :D Great job!!!
